Membership Cancellations

Description

By completing the form below, you are submitting a request to cancel your membership with Top Level Athletes (TLA). Once submitted, our team will review and verify your request in accordance with your membership terms and policies. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted by the 15th of the prior month to take effect for the following billing cycle. Requests received after the 15th will result in charges for the upcoming month. Members may freeze their membership once per year for up to one month, subject to a $50 freeze fee. Training access is paused during a freeze, and reactivation after termination will occur at current pricing. Submitting this form does not immediately cancel your membership. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been reviewed and processed.
